ARC combines workout planning, nutrition tracking, habit management, and AI-assisted fitness generation in one product ecosystem.
What I built
- Built 25+ REST API endpoints across a 17-table PostgreSQL schema.
- Created a reusable fitness engine with a 40+ exercise library for workout generation and macro calculations.
- Used seven shared packages in a Turborepo to keep types and product logic consistent.
